Lt Colo. Chambers at Gravesend1 Reports Eight Sail of Shiping standing in for the Hook, but they are at too great a distance to discover what they are to a degree of certainty, but they have the appearance of Transports. I have the honnor to be your Excellencys most Obedient humble Servant
