Treasury Department, Revenue Office, November 19, 1794. “It appears by the enclosed receipt that Mr. Joel Gibbs has dld.…132 Hats for wh he is to be paid at the rate of 102 cents ⅌ hat. I have the honor to request that a Wart. for 134 Drs 64/100 may be issued in his favor.…”2
