I expect to se Mr Mechick tomorrow or the day after, and if he has any Plank that will anser your memorandom I will get it brought in immediately and inform you of it.

mr mechick: Jonathan Michie. By your memorandom, Oldham may have meant a version of TJ’s Notes on Tin and Plank for Monticello, [by 29 July 1822].
