<February 15, 1775: He reports that on the previous day six provincial acts, passed in September, 1773, and July and September, 1774, were presented to the King in council. He encloses a list of the acts signed by Henry Wilmot, agent for the Proprietors.3>
3. Presenting them was Wilmot’s responsibility: above, XIX, 276. For the list of acts see 8 Pa. Arch., VIII, 7235–6. The Board of Trade Jour., 1768–75, p. 422, notes that they were referred to the Board on May 1, 1775; we have found no record of action on them.
