Nantes 28th february 1786

Sir

Mr. Barclay in passing through this on his way to Bordeaux did me the honor to appoint me Agent for this City. I therefore think it a duty incumbent on me to make you acquainted with it and to tell you Sir that I am on all occasions at your disposal and most respectfully Sir your most Obedient & very humble Servant,
