I request you will be pleased to issue a warrant on the appropriations for Barbary Intercourse, for twelve hundred dollars, in favor of John Davidson Jnr., the holder of the enclosed bill of exchange, dated the 15th. Octr. 1806, and drawn by James Simpson, Consul of the United States at Tangier. I am &c.
