ALB, DLC:GW. The invoice is undated, but it is preceded and followed in GW’s letter book by invoices dated 1764. It is undoubtedly the “bills of parcels” that McGachen enclosed in his letter of 6 June 1764.
1. McGachen’s Tryal entered the Potomac on 31 May 1764.
2. William Webster was a watchmaker in Change Alley, London.
3. Daniel Moore was a gunmaker at 24 Fenchurch Street.
4. This may be the firm of potters, Abernethy & Livie, in Hermitage Street, Wapping.
5. Charles Topping was a seedsman on Leadenhall Street.
