From Henry Knox

Philadelphia, 27 Feb. 1792. Sends a letter and enclosures received from Lt. Col. James Wilkinson and indicates that other letters “worthy your perusal” will also soon be submitted to the president.1

1. The enclosures have not been identified, but Tobias Lear returned them to Henry Knox on 28 Feb. 1792 (DLC:GW).
