9Price may have been sending more copies of The State of the Public Debts and Finances at Signing the Preliminary Articles of Peace in January 1783: with a Plan for Raising Money by Public Loans, and for Redeeming the Public Debts. The pamphlet was issued soon after the publication of the fourth edition of Observations on Reversionary Payments. Copies of the pamphlet as well as the book had been among a miscellany of items shipped earlier in June; see the annotation of Dessin to BF, June 15.
