Philadelphia, June 17, 1799. Encloses “a pamphlet on Fortification with six plates,1 and 122 pages of a Treatise on Artillery with twenty four Tables.”2 States: “the remainder of the latter Work shall be forwarded as soon as it can be obtained from the Printer.…”
