Inclosed you have a Copy of the Arrangemt of your own and Colo. Pattens Regiments.1 If any Alterations have happened since the Copy was made out by Resignation or otherwise be pleased to remark them and return the lists to me that I may send them back to the Board of War and obtain Commissions upon them. I am &c.

1The enclosed arrangements of these two North Carolina regiments have not been identified. Clark returned these arrangements to GW on 1 March, and GW sent them to the Board of War on 4 March.
